You can add Multiple users like your sales team, senior management, accountant etc. The Admin can give limited access to each user and remove at any point of time directly from the mobile app. There is no restriction on the number of users, however the charges are based on per mobile device per tally license.

You can give restricted permissions to each sales person where they can only see the data of the customers of the permitted ledger groups. With Biz Analyst, you can add any number of companies from your TallyPrime license. You can open the companies in your Tally and then click on Add Companies in Biz Analyst Desktop application and add those companies.
